Blue Monday is not real. It was created as a marketing campaign to sell more holidays. Our mental health fluctuates for many reasons, and naming any particular day as inevitably bad will not be helpful. If we believe it will be a difficult day we will prime ourselves to find all the evidence that it is so.

So today, we encourage you to make it You Monday. Prioritise all the little things that make You feel good. And search for all the evidence that today is working for you and not against you.
