Connecting with Nature
Anxiety & Depression
Adrian Jackson has shared with us an animation where Annabelle describes her experience of anxiety and depression.
Most people will experience some level of anxiety and depression during their lifetime. If you are experiencing Anxiety and/or Depression, a Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapist can help you. If you’ve tried other therapies before and it hasn’t worked, please don’t give up. We have a body of research to show you just how effective we can be at facilitating change in people suffering from anxiety and depression.
The effectiveness of Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy for treatment of Anxiety and Depression as published in the Mental Health Review Journal in September 2015, showed that 71% of clients receiving Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy reported themselves improved, compared with only 42% of clients receiving other forms of talk therapy such as CBT.
