10 things to consider when looking for a therapist
No. 2 Specialism
Some therapists have specific experience and areas of expertise. Some are generalists who have experience, and are able to support with, a wider range of issues. You may have a preference and that is worth considering when exploring therapist profiles.

10 things to consider when looking for a therapist.
No. 1 Qualifications and Experience
Ensure that the therapist is qualified and has appropriate experience. Certifications and memberships of professional organisations can be a sign of credibility.
One place to look for experienced and qualified practitioners is the QCHPA Therapist Finder at qchpa.com. Maybe this is the sign you've been looking f#therapye#therapistsp#hypnotherapye#therapistsofinstagrama#QCH #qch

You can spend forever waiting for the perfect time, the perfect outcome, the perfect result…. or you can take pride and satisfaction in moving forward each day.
Sometimes "done" really is better than waiting for "perfect" but that can feel really uncomfortable if you've been living as a perfectionist.
If you're ready to work this through with a kind and qualified therapist, check out profiles on the QCHPA Therapist Finder at qchpa.com.

"If your intuition had a voice, what is it like? How do you experience it?"
This was a question put to us by @hazel.gale.therapy at Questival last weekend. If we spend some time understanding what our intuition feels like, sounds like, even looks like, we'll be able to recognise it and be guided by it more quickly when we need it.
So that's your My Quest task for today. If you were to personify your intuition, what would it be like?

It's been proven that having broader social networks beyond immediate friends and family can provide a sense of belonging and also influence how safe and secure we feel.
That's one of th#questival24uestival24 was so special this weekend. 150 people came together with a shared passion for therapy and the power of the mind. Many came together as strangers or unfamiliar fellow therapists and left as friends with deep connections.
Feeling part of a community is powerful for your mental wellbeing. Is there a network of people you'd like to connect with, perhaps through a hobby or local initiative? Maybe this is the nudge you need to reach out and mak#mentalwellbeingm#MentalWellness##happinessn#connectione#communityt#belongingn#actionforhappinessi#communityn#QCH#community #qch
