Since 2012 we’ve been sharing inspiration from our network of therapists via a quarterly digital magazine, Perception. The digital world moves fast and now we all love to be able to read bite-sized content on a variety of devices and easily share it with others. That’s why we’ve moved all the valuable content from Perception into this Hub, so you can search, read and enjoy anytime, anywhere! (The magazine format up to Issue 29, Winter 2019 is still available here.)

Over time this Hub will grow as our Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapists continue to create valuable content to help us take charge of how we experience life. We hope the first section Covid-19 – This too will pass will help you with the challenges you might be facing at this time.

How Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help with OCD

Based on the statistics gathered by OCD UK, there are about three-quarters of a million people living with OCD at any one time. OCD is a condition that affects as many as 12 in every 1,000 people from young children to adults, irrespective of gender, social or cultural background.

Here is the personal story of one of our therapists who, for a long time, struggled with OCD and who now helps other people with the same issue.
