Pressure to Presence: An Embodied Breathwork Workshop

Giselle Monbiot is an Integrative Therapist, Compassionate Inquiry® Practitioner and Embodied Breathworker. Her path in healing began twenty-seven years ago with Reiki, and a deep curiosity about what true healing really is. That curiosity led her to Quest seventeen years ago, and she has worked full-time as a therapist ever since.

Her Breathwork talk at the QCHPA CPD day in November went down so well that, by popular demand, we are pleased to host a half day workshop for Quest therapists. Use the link above to book – £60 for QCHPA members.

The workshop will enable you to connect to and release pressures you might be holding onto within your life, as we step into spring.

The morning will unfold in three parts:

  1. We’ll begin by arriving and settling.
Through guided reflection, gentle inquiry and embodied awareness, you’ll be supported to connect with what may be creating pressure in your life right now, the beliefs, patterns or ways of being that subtly shape your inner world.
  2. From here, I’ll introduce simple, regulatory breathwork practices you can take into everyday life, tools to support calm, resilience and nervous system balance when life feels demanding.
  3. Once this foundation is in place, we’ll move into a one-hour Embodied Breathwork journey. I will offer full instructions and ensure you understand how to use this powerful technique in the best and safest way for you.

Please note that there are certain contra-indications for this workshop.
