Chloe Cook
An Introduction to Working with Eating Disorders

Eating disorders can feel daunting for many therapists – whether you’re newly qualified or with years of experience. In this session, Chloe Cook offers a thoughtful and confidence-building introduction to working with clients who are struggling with disordered eating.

Chloe will explore the different types of eating disorders, unpack some of the myths and misconceptions that often surround them, and offer a clearer understanding of what eating disorders are really about. She will also highlight how a Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy approach can support recovery, helping you feel more informed, less apprehensive and better equipped to begin working in this area.

This is an accessible and encouraging session for any therapist who has ever felt unsure about stepping into this work.

About Chloe Cook
Chloe trained with Quest on Q16, qualified as a Supervisor in 2012, and has been working full time as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist for 19 years. She specialises in helping people who struggle with disordered eating of any kind.

Andrea Watts
The Science Behind Art

In this highly visual, interactive and thought-provoking session, Andrea Watts explores the neuroscience, psychology and theoretical concepts underpinning the Collage Coaching Technique™ (CCT).

Drawing on principles from coaching, psychotherapy and art therapy, Andrea will show how working with images can help clients access deeper emotional insight, engage the unconscious and create meaningful, lasting change.

Using her own collage as a case study, she will guide you through key themes including the power of images in communication, the role of emotional and visual processing in the brain, and how metaphor and externalisation can support new connections and understanding. The session includes an experiential element, offering space for reflection on your own therapy practice journey, alongside ideas you may wish to bring into your client work.

This is a rich and engaging session for therapists who are curious about creativity, meaning-making and the deeper processes that support change.

Victoria Shalet
Relational Life Therapy

In this warm, interactive session, Victoria Shalet introduces Relational Life Therapy (RLT), the powerful and transformational approach to relational work developed by Terry Real.

Victoria will explore how many of the principles Quest therapists already use (including parts work, unconscious positive intention, trance states and intergenerational patterns) align naturally with the RLT model. She will also highlight what RLT uniquely offers, and how it can deepen your understanding of relational dynamics whether you are interested in couples work or would like a richer lens for the relational dynamics you already see in your clients.

Grounded in real examples and designed to be engaging and accessible, this session offers fresh perspective, meaningful reflection and inspiration for therapists wanting to expand their relational lens.

About Victoria Shalet
Victoria Shalet is a Humanistic Psychotherapist (MBACP Accred) and a Certified Relational Life Therapist trained directly by Terry Real, leading training in RLT in the UK. Before retraining as a therapist in 2008, she worked as an actor for over twenty years. She later trained in the US with Terry Real, having discovered his work through Esther Perel, and also completed training with Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry. She is currently completing her certification as a Brainspotting Therapist.

Victoria works with individuals and couples in weekly sessions and intensive formats, runs Relational Life Bootcamps at Regent’s University, and is the founder of Oxford House Therapy, a London-based practice offering a range of therapeutic approaches.
