About The Mind Studio
Founders and Partners Jackie Bastin and John Parry, Cognitive Hypnotherapists
Here at the Mind Studio we have a belief of our own and that is to live well you need to think well. How we think and what we think impacts on our emotional responses and our behaviour which in turn impacts on our beliefs and our lives.
As highly qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapists, we have both experienced the impact on our own lives of changing our beliefs at the unconscious level and have trained to the highest leave to enable us to facilitate your changes. At the Mind Studio you can be assured of a supportive, friendly environment to work on a one to one basis with one of our Quest trained Cognitive Hypnotherapists, where you will get bespoke sessions tailored to your needs. To change our minds we need to understand our minds and through our educational sessions and workshops there will be an opportunity to learn about your mind, how it impacts you and your life and how permanent change through unconscious re-programming can be achieved using Cognitive Hypnotherapy.
Think well * live well
