Listen to Lee Payton interviewing Ben Willens about his journey to become a therapist and the work that he does and how he inspires people to find that spark of light within themselves to work towards a better future.
Following a career as a model, actor, entrepreneur and teacher Ben’s interest in the mind and why people do what they do grew to a point where he decided to become a therapist. Ben practices in Haggerston and Palmers Green and works online with people who are unable to travel to London. As well as working in private practice Ben is currently developing his work with new parents and the challenges that come with a new baby. Ben lives in London with his wife and two young daughters.
